(9) Can I order some samples at first to see the quality? Yes, of course. But we will charge three times the price for sample, but will return back after ordering.
(10)What is your terms of delivery? We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
(11)How to solve the quality problems after sales? Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.
(12) Can I mix different models in one container? Yes, of course, just depend on which products you need.
(13) How does your factory do regarding quality control? Our quality inspections will take quality control of each production process, also you can come to our factory to make the inspection the goods before shipment, till the guests are satisfied of them and make the payment, then we will make the shipment.
